Corporate (Private Equity) Lawyer

An excellent opportunity awaits an ambitious Associate or Senior Associate to join the Corporate – Private Equity team of a renowned UK firm in London. The team provides advice on all aspects of private equity, from fund formation to buyouts, add-ons, co-investments, minority investments, and management incentives, through to dispositions and other types of exits.

Experience required:

• Qualified in England and Wales
• Have at least 2 years PQE
• Have gained corporate private equity experience with a large regional or national practice.
• Strong academics.
• Ability to give practical, clear advice.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Motivated and enthusiastic.
• Self-starter with plenty of drive and initiative.
