This is a leading strategic communications agency that works with clients to promote and protect their brands and reputations. The firm offers specialist consultancy support in PR, social media, public affairs, strategic media counsel, research & analytics, and content marketing.

You'll be leading a team of 12 staff with 3 direct reports across a portfolio of clients in the UK, Middle East, and Central Asia. The team clients are weighted towards private capital investors and high-growth companies in the emerging and frontier markets.

Company Benefits

  • Company Pension scheme: Contributions: 5% of employee's salary - 3% of employee's gross salary total of 8% of employee's gross salary. We are rolling out a salary sacrifice scheme as of 1 Apr which will allow further employee contributions.
  • Annual holiday: 25 days + birthday off and the office is closed between Christmas and the new year.

  • Bonus scheme: Target-based bonus scheme which all employees are part of. 10% bonuses on new business wins based on the 1st year's revenue.
  • Training: Internal and external trainers.
  • Flexible working: The team comes in 3 times a week. Monday is the fixed day but the other 2 days can be flexible. This is changeable and everyone needs to be available Monday – Friday but we try to accommodate staff requests and be as flexible as possible.
