Job Description

Provide technical support and oversight to the administration teams responsible for delivering high levels of service across DC/Mastertrusts.

About the role

• Senior level support including checking member and reconciliation cases.
• Advise on complex administration queries and implementing process efficiencies.
• Support administration aspects across transitions projects.
• Maintain and develop good business relationships with internal and external customers.
• Work in conjunction with the team to ensure all work is carried out to the highest quality, and within the service levels laid down.
• Escalate any problems, mistakes, backlogs, or issues immediately to the line manager.

About you

• Previous senior level DC pension administration experience.
• Understanding of/experience in DC master trusts.
• Strong pensions knowledge to support compliance.
