Job description

We are seeking aCorporate Partnerships Manager (Partnership Management) - 12 Month Contract to join our London team.
Corporate Partnerships are a key funding stream for Movember and an area of growth for the charity. This Corporate Partnerships Manager role will focus on partnership management with a key focus on the growth and retention of a portfolio of multi-faceted and mutually beneficial partnerships. As well as spotting opportunities for growing income within the current partner roster, the role will also focus on how partners can bring additional value to Movember through GIK, leveraging Movember's marketing campaigns and supporting impact goals.

For this role, you’ll need:

  • 4+ years’ experience in an account management / development role either at a national charity or in the private sector working on account management of high-value partnerships
  • Experience of managing commercial partnerships including account management and stewardship
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to build and maintain relationships
  • Experience of various aspects of corporate fundraising including licensing, CRM, Employee engagement, Sponsorship
  • Ability to effectively communicate with all levels of stakeholders
  • Highly developed organisation skills, the ability to prioritise and manage several programs concurrently and meet deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving skills with a high degree of self-motivation and initiative
  • Self-starter/high level of internal motivation
  • Ability to work in a fast paced and growth environment
  • Adaptability, flexibility and strong commercial acumen

Desirable:

  • Proficiency in Salesforce
  • Other relevant tertiary Qualification
  • Language skills (French, German or Spanish)
