Salary: £75-£100k - depending on experience

PQE Level: 8+

Contract Type: Permanent

Working Hours: Full-time

My client is a UK Top 50 firm, recognised for their bespoke approach to legal advice and partnerships with a range of enviable clients and HNW individuals. The department has seen some recent high-profile joiners to their partnership group and are seeking a partner or legal director to join their high-functioning team.

This role would suit an experienced senior lawyer, with experience in private M&A and general company law. Company restructurings and private equity experience would also be advantageous. You will be acting on behalf of varied clients, including an enviable list of FTSE 150 companies, HNW private individuals, and dynamic SMEs. The Corporate team is made up of energetic and entrepreneurial partners who are looking for someone to bring energy to the role and support a drive to continue to grow their practice and engage in truly high-calibre work.
