Your new role
In your new role, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive legal support and expertise in corporate matters, ensuring compliance and facilitating smooth business operations. You will work closely with the corporate partner and senior fee earners to draft and review documents, conduct research, and assist in various corporate governance tasks.

What you'll need to succeed
To succeed in this role, you will need strong legal academics, at least two years of experience in a corporate paralegal position, and a solid knowledge and understanding of corporate law, including governance and compliance. You will possess exceptional attention to detail and be confident in working independently, while also providing valuable assistance to senior members of the team. Additionally, it is essential to hold a UK driving licence.
