Corporate Paralegal

A highly regarded Corporate firm based in Dudley are currently seeking a highly motivated Corporate Paralegal to join their rapidly growing team.

Previous experience is not essential, candidates can be LPC/Law Graduates who have a strong interest in Corporate M&A transactions.

To be considered for this role, you will need:

1. Deal effectively with clients and third parties over the telephone, in written correspondence and occasionally face to face, to provide advice and assistance.
2. Be responsible for chasing various documentation.
3. Keep the case management system up to date.
4. Ensure clients and introducers of business receive the best possible service at all times.
5. Prepare the completion packs for the accounts department, to include completion statements and invoices.
