The Opportunity

An award-winning, regionally recognised law firm is currently seeking an experienced Corporate Paralegal to join their dynamic legal team based in Altrincham. Known for their client-focused approach and commitment to professional excellence, the firm advises a broad range of businesses from growing enterprises to established corporates. The Role

You'll work closely with a senior Partner in the Corporate team, providing essential support on a variety of transactional matters. This is a key role for someone who thrives in a fast-paced legal environment and enjoys taking ownership of tasks while contributing to the wider success of the firm.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Drafting legal documentation including board minutes, written resolutions, and ancillary documents relating to M&A, restructuring, and shareholder arrangements
2. Managing Companies House filings and company formations
3. Conducting company searches and supporting due diligence processes
4. Preparing due diligence reports and summarising key contractual provisions
5. Managing virtual data rooms for transactions
6. Liaising directly with clients and assisting with day-to-day case management
7. Supporting billing and compliance processes
8. Assisting with file opening/closing and contributing to content creation (e.g., blogs)

About You

1. Minimum 2 years' experience as a Paralegal within a Corporate or Commercial team
2. Highly organised with excellent time management skills
3. Strong attention to detail and confident problem-solving ability
4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
5. Team player with a proactive and professional approach
6. Comfortable juggling multiple tasks in a fast-moving environment
