Corporate (Oil & Gas) Associate/Senior Associate (3–6 PQE)

Role:

Strategic growth hire for a leading Global outfit in their London HQ. Joining their highly regarded Chambers Ranked Oil & Gas & Corporate Group, this position is available at Associate or Senior Associate level.

Sociable role working with a number of recognised & personable Partners, assisted by motivated Associates and a dedicated support function.

This position forms part of their Corporate offering within a specialist Oil & Gas Group, with a Global footprint providing access to some of the most interesting, complex, and sizeable deals from London.

You will be responsible for leading a range of M&A & ECM/Corporate Finance transactions, both Domestic & Global, working in synergy with your International counterparts.

This position has been created through further growth and projected workflow in 2025/2026, so we are keen to speak with Lawyers with previous experience on Upstream Oil & Gas deals.

Open to E&W, NZ, AUS Qualified candidates currently working in a Top Tier, Global, Silver/Magic or US Firm.
