7. Reorganizations/Demergers: Streamline corporate structures for maximum operational impact.

As a newly qualified lawyer you will be part of a talented and collegiate corporate team dedicated to your training and development. What you'll need:

1. Relevant experience working on corporate advice and transactions as part of your training contract
2. Be a strong team player, with excellent interpersonal skills
3. Able to manage a complex and varied workload effectively
4. Be self-motivated and willing to learn
5. Must be a SRA or Law Society of Scotland registered lawyer
