Corporate lawyer 5+ years’ PQE LONDON

Large commercial law firm in the City is looking to recruit a Corporate lawyer of 5 or more years’ PQE. Working closely with partners, this role offers extensive direct client interaction and involvement in a variety of interesting projects.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Working on M&A transactions for both domestic and international clients
2. Overseeing VC/PE investment endeavours for clients across borders
3. Facilitating the establishment of UK operations for overseas clientele
4. Proficient drafting of essential documents including sale and purchase agreements, subscription and shareholder agreements
5. Guiding group structuring and restructuring initiatives
6. Orchestrating joint venture endeavours
7. Engaging in general corporate advisory tasks

You will be a qualified solicitor with substantial Corporate experience from a reputable practice and strong experience of Corporate M&A matters. You will also possess strong project management and time management abilities.
