A leading international law firm is looking for a talented Corporate Lawyer with 4-5 years’ PQE, admitted in England & Wales, to join its well-established British Virgin Islands (BVI) team. This role offers exposure to high-value corporate transactions, including M&A, equity and debt capital markets, corporate restructurings, and regulatory advisory work. The successful candidate will work closely with senior partners, advising global clients across a range of industries and contributing to the firm’s growing reputation in financial services, fintech, and emerging markets.

The firm is particularly interested in candidates with strong experience in a wide range of corporate transactions, while familiarity with financial services regulation, investment business, and digital assets is an advantage.
