Corporate Lawyer, 2+ years’ PQE, Manchester, To c£75,000 (DOE). Opportunity within leading national law firm offering exceptional career opportunities and flexible working environment.

1. This busy corporate and M&A team is highly ranked for the number of deals completed.
2. The team works across a range of sectors and acts for clients from early stage start-ups through to substantial private companies and PLCs, nationally and internationally.
3. As a team, and a firm, they pride themselves on outstanding client service and the delivery of commercial and cost-effective advice.
4. The firm is looking for a talented Corporate Lawyer with at least 2 years’ PQE gained within another national or City law firm and has a proven track record in the full range of corporate transactions.
5. You will have your own caseload of transactions as well as working alongside senior colleagues on more complex or higher value deals.
6. You will be an ambitious lawyer keen to excel in corporate and M&A law.
7. You will be working as part of a great team and have access to regular training and technical updates from the firm’s dedicated corporate PSL.
