Role Overview:

Highly regarded firms are seeking experienced Corporate Lawyers with a minimum of three years’ post-qualification experience to join their dynamic teams. The ideal candidates will have a proven track record in handling complex corporate transactions and providing high-quality legal advice to a diverse client base.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Advising clients on a range of corporate matters and transactions
2. Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating legal documents
3. Managing transactions and overseeing due diligence processes
4. Ensuring compliance with corporate and regulatory requirements
5. Building strong client relationships and delivering commercially focused legal solutions

Requirements:

1. Qualified Solicitor in England and Wales with at least three years’ experience in corporate law
2. Strong expertise in M&A, corporate governance, and transaction management
3. Excellent drafting, negotiation, and client relationship skills
4. Strong commercial acumen and the ability to work effectively under pressure
