Your New Role

You will be joining the Corporate Insurance team, where you will engage in a diverse range of work, including:

• Public M&A
• Private M&A
• Business transfers
• Reinsurance
• Regulatory matters
• Joint ventures
• Restructuring

What You'll Need to Succeed

• Qualified as a solicitor in England and Wales, with a minimum of 5 years' PQE (guidelines only)
• Demonstrable experience in Insurance Sector M&A and restructuring
• Proven expertise in reinsurance
• Solid background in providing regulatory advice to insurers
• Experience from a well-renowned firm
