Corporate Healthcare Associate

Our client is a highly regarded international firm, looking to hire 2 Corporate associates into its specialist Corporate Healthcare team in London. The team has been consistently ranked tier 1 for this practice area, working with a range of premium clients in the independent health and social care sector.

While this role requires the candidate to focus specifically on clients within the healthcare sector, prior sector experience is not required. The firm is looking for corporate lawyers with strong experience of mergers and acquisitions. They are open to considering candidates from a range of PQE levels (excluding newly qualified) who have an interest in working with healthcare clients.

In particular, this team predominantly works on M&A work for a range of develops, operators, investors and funders within the health and social care industry, while working closely alongside the wider corporate team both domestically and internationally.
