Duties:
Supporting the wider Facilities team and administrators, with day to day admin and hands on office support
Work closely with the Team Leader, and wider teams and departments in the office
Floor walks, ensure the office is run smoothly, dealing with day to day issues in the office space
Assisting with event support, moving equipment and IT support for events
Dealing with internal and external contractors
Assisting with office maintenance and coordination of office supplies
Work closely with the front of house team, providing 5* client services
What we're looking for:
Experience within a facilities role or a hospitality
Strong knowledge of MS Packages & IT literate
A forward-thinking, hands-on, and proactive approach
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively with the team
Reliable, dedicated, honest, and professional with a friendly and approachable manner
