Salary: Up to £42,000

The Role for Corporate Finance Manager

We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Corporate Finance Manager to join our award-winning Corporate Finance team. You will play a pivotal role in delivering expert advice on growth, strategy, and M&A to a diverse range of clients, helping them achieve tangible business outcomes.

Key Responsibilities for Corporate Finance Manager

  1. Provide strategic advice to clients on growth, strategy, and M&A transactions.
  2. Produce comprehensive business plans, valuations, and information memorandums.
  3. Conduct detailed research to identify strategic buyers and acquisition targets.
  4. Prepare financial models and assist clients in securing growth/development capital.
  5. Lead transactions, ensuring client objectives are met within set deadlines.
  6. Market businesses for sale and support corporate acquirers with strategic acquisitions.

Attributes Required for Corporate Finance Manager

  1. Qualified accountant with 1-3 years of corporate finance experience.
  2. Proven ability to deliver under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  3. Strong interpersonal skills and the confidence to network with clients and professionals.
  4. Excellent communication skills, including face-to-face client interactions, telephone, and email correspondence.
  5. Advanced IT skills, particularly in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  6. Passionate about delivering exceptional client service.
