Corporate Finance Executive - City of London - Top Accounting Firm

Our client is seeking a Corporate Finance Executive to join their London office. In this role, you will be assisting clients on issues relating to supporting and advising them through the life cycle of their business: funding, buying, growing, and selling. This is a great role that will give you exposure and training on the end-to-end of deals.

Responsibilities:

1. Assisting members of the CF team to enable them to provide strategic and technical advice and guidance to clients regarding acquisitions, disposals, and other M+A transactions.
2. Creating and reviewing financial models to assist in the evaluation of the business and prospects for a client, and the potential returns of a transaction.
3. Preparing and monitoring schedules and timetables for transactions.
4. Report writing, M+A analysis, and support with pitches.

Requirements:

1. Be ACA qualified or have relevant corporate finance qualifications.
2. Have a minimum of 12 months exposure to corporate finance (secondment or in current role) - TS or Valuations.
