Corporate Finance Director – Leading Corporate Finance Advisors

This impressive corporate finance team has over the years completed transactions with and advised many of the UK’s most recognisable and respected businesses.

The Director role would suit an existing Director (or Assistant Director capable of stepping up) with extensive deal experience at a sizeable national or international corporate finance firm. As part of the leadership team, you will have the capability to lead and execute sometimes complex transactions whilst managing, supporting, and coaching the team. In addition, you will take shared responsibility for the business development activities within the region. A clear business case can be demonstrated by the firm for partnership promotion within a sensible time frame.

The business has an excellent reputation and brand and a proven track record of internal promotion. To be considered, you must be a qualified accountant (ACA or CA (ICAEW or ICAS) or ACCA), with up-to-date professional practice or investment banking-based corporate finance advisory experience. It is likely that you will know the Yorkshire and North East private equity and deals market well, though this is not essential. You will be able to demonstrate drive and a desire to excel in a highly competitive M&A space.
