Lead High-Profile Transactions - Oversee and manage M&A deals, business valuations, fundraising, and other corporate finance projects, ensuring top-quality delivery from start to finish.

Client Strategy & Relationships - Act as a trusted advisor to high-profile clients, providing strategic insights and building lasting relationships that drive business growth.

Team Leadership & Development - Lead, mentor, and inspire a talented team, nurturing their professional growth and fostering a collaborative, high-performance culture.

Financial Expertise & Analysis - Provide technical expertise in valuation modeling, due diligence, and financial structuring, ensuring robust and strategic decision-making.

Business Development - Take ownership of expanding our corporate finance services, identifying new opportunities, and helping the firm grow both regionally and nationally.

Profile

A successful Corporate Finance Associate Director should have:

  • Corporate Finance Experience - Significant experience in managing and executing corporate finance transactions, ideally at a senior or director level.
  • Professional Qualifications - ACA, ACCA, or equivalent qualifications with a proven track record in the corporate finance sector.
  • Strategic Thinker - Strong commercial acumen with the ability to think outside the box and provide innovative solutions to complex financial challenges.
  • Leadership Skills - Exceptional team management abilities, with experience leading, mentoring, and motivating others to achieve their best.
  • Client-Centric Approach - A passion for delivering outstanding client service, with the ability to manage and nurture long-term client relationships

Job Offer
