Corporate Finance Analyst – Renewable Energy

We are working with a leading Independent Power Producer that is looking to appoint a Corporate Finance Analyst.

Our client has grown rapidly over the past few years reaching 900mw of operational assets and has a further 1gw in the pipeline across solar, onshore wind, and batteries in the UK & Ireland. You would support on debt raising, refinancing activities, and portfolio hedging. Additionally, you will support M&A workstreams and other investment-related initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Reporting to the Head of Structured Finance, you will support the valuations and financial planning initiatives of the company, including IRR updates, model comparisons, cash yield analysis, and growth model developments.
  2. Preparation of complex financial analysis, valuations, and financial modelling.
  3. Supporting new market entry and developing business cases.
Requirements:
  1. At least 2 years’ experience in an analytical role. Strong focus on quantitative, numerical, and analytical skills with exposure to financial modelling and accounting.
  2. Relevant experience in Renewable Energy or Infrastructure.
  3. Understanding of M&A transactions and Leveraged Finance.
