Corporate Finance Analyst (Oil&Gas)

Your new company
A global Oil & Gas production business with assets in two continents. The company is going from strength to strength, and this role will be a new hire to join their London-based head office. As a private equity-backed business, the organization has an entrepreneurial approach and is always looking to grow their portfolio.

Your new role
Working as part of the Corporate Finance team, this role will be exposed to many aspects of the company, from Finance to Bids and will really be looking to contribute to the strategic growth of the business.
Duties:

• Production and management of strategic company models, including operational and valuation.
• Support on M&A transactions, working with the Head of Corporate Finance.
• Day-to-day liaison with the banking term sheet and negotiations.
• Support finance function on financial planning and analysis.

What you'll need to succeed
You will need to be a corporate finance professional from either a banking, consultancy, or similar in-house function. Demonstrable experience of financial modeling and supporting decision-making is essential.
