We are seeking a Corporate EHS Program Manager to drive our EHS programs and compliance at a corporate level.

Responsibilities include:

  1. Facilitate, lead and measure EHS Corporate KPI’s.
  2. Develop, implement, and drive EHS corporate strategy.
  3. Support EHS initiatives for commercial teams worldwide.
  4. Drive continual improvement in corporate EHS programs, policies, and training.
  5. Provide guidance, leadership, and direction to Regional EHS Leaders to drive strategic plan.
  6. Design, facilitate, and help sites and teams identify & implement change initiatives that improve EHS across the organization.
  7. Own and facilitate operating rhythms for EHS initiatives to keep teams on task, target, and timeline, while communicating clearly and regularly on progress and status.
  8. Identify EHS best practices and provide lessons learned and key findings to departments with recommendations for changes.
  9. Report progress and status on projects, insights, and key performance indicators (KPIs) to site leadership.
  10. Identify and communicate project scope and ensure program milestones and objectives are met.
  11. Ensure and facilitate effective cross-functional communication.
  12. Coordinate project schedules, monitor budgets, and assign tasks.
  13. Keep management informed of key issues, changes and help needed which may impact expected business results.

Basic (Required) Qualifications:

  1. Bachelor’s degree in EHS, Science, Engineering or related field
  2. 7-10 or more years of professional experience in EHS, including managing corporate initiatives or program roll-out / projects management.
  3. 20-25% Travel

Preferred Qualifications:

  1. Prior experience program managing multiple complex projects across cross-functional, global teams
  2. Strong verbal and written communication skills
  3. This position will collaborate with stakeholders globally and may be required to support projects/priorities/meetings during non-standard working hours
  4. Passion for the areas of EHS and ready to make an impact
  5. Demonstrated ability to succeed in a fast-paced environment, working on multiple projects with dynamic priorities and deadlines
  6. Ability to lead and participate in cross-functional project teams in a matrixed environment while maintaining positive and productive working relationships across a broad range of people and groups
  7. Ability to problem solve a variety of issues with key stakeholders
  8. Change leader with an insatiable curiosity for driving organizational impact.
  9. Advanced knowledge in SW tools for collaboration and project management
  10. Ability to influence without having direct line management responsibility
  11. Creative/curious/lateral thinking mindset
  12. LEAN Six Sigma Green or Black Belt
  13. Proven self-starter with the ability to work with minimal supervision; self-managed and self-motivated
  14. Ability to manage priorities and stay on top of critical responsibilities
  15. Proficient in the Microsoft Office suite of products, including Excel, Word, PowerPoint, and Outlook
