Job Purpose: Work with the EMEA Marketing team to develop and deliver engaging and impactful corporate content across the EMEA (Europe, Middle East, and Africa) region. Lead development of corporate assets across owned, earned, and paid channels (including the Ricoh corporate website, social channels, events, and speaker opportunities). Work closely with PR & Social Media Manager to support external activation, thought leadership, and executive profile management. Support senior marketing stakeholders in developing an integrated marketing communications plan. Collaborate with Comms, Content, and Campaign teams to ensure on-brand messaging across Ricoh Europe Operating Companies (OpCos – sales entities) and promote a ‘One Ricoh’ go-to-market approach.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead always-on corporate content programme that aligns to business objectives, notably to position Ricoh as a workplace expert, meet the market consistently across channels, and activate Ricoh’s strategic portfolio to accelerate profitable growth.
  • Create and manage high-quality, customer-centric corporate content that builds authority and credibility in the areas of workplace experience and process automation while reaffirming Ricoh’s expertise in print. This includes blog posts, corporate presentations, web pages, video scripts, speeches, and more for inbound content marketing and outbound content programmes.
  • Work with EMEA Marketing stakeholders to support corporate event programme. Includes pre, during, and post-event content for mass and targeted consumption, such as event invitations, nurture flows, web copy, and stand content.
  • Develop productive partnerships with EMEA Marketing teams, agencies, copywriters, and other stakeholders to identify key themes, stories, and messages that resonate with our audience and reflect corporate values.
  • Work with Digital and Demand teams to support corporate website refresh and enhance Ricoh’s online presence through SEO optimized content to boost authority, rankings, web traffic, and leads.
  • Provide copywriting, editing, and proofreading support to all Marketing functions; helping to ensure high-quality content outputs across all customer touchpoints, including Comms, Digital & Demand, Customer Engagement, Sales Enablement, and Partner Marketing.
  • Maintain dialogue with OpCos to understand which assets work best, report on dormant content, and boost ROI.
  • Work with Content Operations team, Demand, and Commercial Operations to monitor content performance metrics (KPIs) at programme and asset level.
  • Work with Content Operations team to create and maintain guidance and templates that can be leveraged across OpCos to ensure content governance, with the goal to drive consistency in Ricoh’s go-to-market approach.
  • Work with the Assistant Content Operations Manager to input into central content calendar and carry out a regular audit of the central content inventory. Advise on what content can be archived, updated, reused, or repurposed to ensure corporate assets remain accurate, relevant, and up-to-date.
  • Engage cross-functional participants – manage meeting and resource schedules and deadlines.

Knowledge, Skills, and Experience Required:

  • Degree holder with proven experience in a corporate marketing role (e.g., communications, editorial).
  • Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills. Excellent attention to detail, proofreading, and copywriting skills (brand voice, style, grammar).
  • Ability to draft long- and short-form content including focused copy for speeches and events.
  • Clear and consistent storyteller able to connect business strategy with market trends to produce compelling, customer-centric content.
  • Agile, adaptable, and proactive individual with a structured work style and capacity to deliver in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong project management and organisational skills; ability to multitask, prioritise, and meet deadlines.
  • Demonstrated ability to quickly learn and apply new business domain knowledge to content creation.
  • Positive team player with good stakeholder management and consensus-building skills – ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams effectively.
  • Experience working in an international environment with an understanding of cultural nuances.
  • 6-7 years of related experience (e.g., content marketing, campaigns, and communications).
