Corporate Commercial Solicitor
Location: Cardiff
Salary: Up to £60,000 (DOE)
Working Arrangement: Office-Based (with hybrid working available)

About the Role
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a junior Corporate Commercial Solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) to join a dynamic and expanding legal team. This role would suit a commercially minded and proactive individual looking to grow their career within a supportive environment that offers hands-on experience and clear progression opportunities.

Whether you're newly qualified or have a couple of years of post-qualification experience under your belt, this position offers a great platform to develop your technical skills across a broad mix of corporate and commercial property matters.

You’ll be joining an established team working closely with senior solicitors and the Head of Department, with direct client exposure from day one.

The role will involve:

• Assisting on a wide range of corporate transactions including share and asset sales/acquisitions
• Drafting and advising on shareholder agreements and company structures
• Supporting commercial property matters including sales, purchases, and lease agreements
• Working with both SME and larger corporate clients across various sectors
• Building relationships and supporting business development activities
• Using case management systems to drive efficiency and workflow

To be successful in this role, you will:

• Be a qualified solicitor (NQ–3 years PQE) with a background in corporate, commercial, or commercial property law
• Have a strong commercial acumen and a proactive attitude
• Demonstrate excellent communication and client relationship skills
• Be well-organised and confident managing a growing caseload under supervision
• Be eager to learn, take initiative, and grow within a collaborative team environment
