Are you an experienced Corporate Commercial Lawyer looking for an exciting new opportunity in Leicestershire? Our client, a well-established and highly regarded firm, is seeking a talented individual to join their team.

The Role:
As a Company/Corporate Lawyer, you will be responsible for providing high-quality, timely, and professional fee-earning services. Your work will cover a wide range of corporate law matters, including:

1. Corporate governance and partnership advice
2. Business acquisitions and disposals (shares and assets)
3. Drafting and negotiating commercial contracts
4. Advising on corporate transactions and related legal work
