The Role:Our client is seeking a Corporate Commercial Solicitor to handle a busy caseload of work, with deal values typically ranging from £500k to £1m.
The work primarily includes mergers and acquisitions (M&A), shareholder agreements and other corporate legal matters. Key Responsibilities:
Managing a workload of corporate and commercial work, including M&A transactions and shareholder agreements
Drafting and negotiating corporate contracts and agreements
Advising clients on a range of corporate transactions and commercial matters
Working closely with clients to understand and meet their business objectives
