Corporate & Commercial Paralegal - Basingstoke

Excellent opportunity for a Paralegal to join a well-established law firm.

Our client is a dynamic, Legal 500 rated full-service law firm. They are currently looking for a Paralegal to join their Corporate and Commercial team in Basingstoke, Hampshire.

The successful candidate will be given lots of opportunities to work on high-quality legal matters. Duties will include:

1. Drafting a variety of corporate and commercial documents and agreements;
2. Updating company books and statutory registers including submitting filings to Companies House;
3. Conducting research to answer any issues of law that arise;
4. Carrying out administrative tasks such as opening files, conducting client due diligence and preparing documents;
5. Attending meetings with clients and stakeholders, both remotely and in person;
6. Providing support and updates to clients to ensure they are informed of the progression of their matter;
7. Liaising with external parties, such as counsel and financial advisors;
8. Establishing and managing data rooms, including reviewing due diligence documentation for key issues;
9. Assisting with the creation of documents for internal use such as procedural and precedent documents.

To be considered, you must have at least 2 years' relevant paralegal experience along with excellent academics.

On offer is a competitive salary of up to £28,000 (depending on experience) and an attractive benefits package.
