The successful candidate will be a self-starter and work closely with a Senior Lawyer on a mix of very high quality corporate finance, management buyouts, reorganisations and group structures, shareholder and joint venture agreements, IP protection, mergers, acquisitions, private equity and financing, banking and crowdfunding. Joining a team of 20, you will be given the support and guidance needed.
