How you’ll be opening up the world for our customers…

Along with servicing your existing loyal clientele, you will be taking enquiries from our corporate clients to help plan, book, and coordinate their employees’ leisure travel experiences. You will be working towards KPIs and incentive targets; therefore, building customer relationships will be critical to your success in this role.

What it takes to be a Corporate Benefits expert…

• You’re the go-to person in your circle for travel recommendations, tips, and tricks, with prior experience as a travel consultant
• You have proven success in your experience as a travel consultant with a consistent TTV transfer and database of repeat clientele
• You’re extremely self-motivated and able to work autonomously to achieve the best results
• You’re eager to provide exceptional service to welcome new customers to your existing database of loyal clientele
• You seek out new ways to build on your success and think outside of the box for your customers to find the best travel solution for them
• You believe hard work should be rewarded, so you are focused on achieving your KPIs and sales targets to get the incentives you deserve
• You understand the importance of organization and managing your time effectively to achieve the best result and stay on top of your work
• You’re not only good at the people stuff but also at the behind-the-scenes stuff too. Like building itineraries, doing up invoices, operating our complex booking systems, and jumping between different programs with a customer in front of you
• You know your way around GDS and you’re confident to learn complex computer systems
