A top tier international law firm is looking to hire an Associate into their corporate practice in London.

The role itself is a general corporate position with a focus on private M&A and venture capital work. You will be working closely with leading corporate partners in cross-border M&A deals, working with clients from a range of sectors.

The ideal candidate would have over 12 months post qualification experience and have experience with private M&A and venture capital transactions.

Market rate salary and benefits package is offered.
