A leading offshore law firm is looking to strengthen its corporate team in the British Virgin Islands through the appointment of a junior to mid-level associate. The successful applicant will advise international clients on a variety of transactional and advisory matters, including shareholder arrangements, director duties, regulatory compliance, investment structures, and corporate governance. The work is frequently multi-jurisdictional, requiring a high level of technical competence and commercial awareness.

Suitable applicants should be qualified in the BVI or England & Wales with 2–3 years’ post-qualification experience in corporate and/or banking and finance law, ideally gained at a recognised international or top-tier domestic firm. Experience with digital asset structures or fintech clients would be advantageous, but is not essential.
