Corporate Associate 2-3PQE

A small, US-backed London office is looking for a corporate associate in a lean team, where you will feel empowered to excel above your PQE level, whilst feeling valued and supported in your path to progression.

You will be working with a well-known corporate partner, who moved across from one of London's Elite US firms. The firm is growing modestly, meaning this is a rare hire giving you the chance to really establish yourself within this tight-knit team. You would be working on complex cross-border M&A, private equity, joint ventures, and ECM; only M&A exposure is required as these welcoming partners will give you significant training across the broader practice.

The work is UK-centric, and the team is self-sufficient but calls on the transactional support of the US teams.
