1. You will manage your own caseload of mixed corporate matters, and support the team on more complex, higher-value matters.
2. You will handle a broad range of corporate work including commercial property transactions, regulatory compliance and business structuring, shareholder agreements, corporate finance, and mergers and acquisitions.
3. You will have the opportunity to work with leading corporate law specialists across a variety of business sectors such as charities, life sciences and technology.
