Corporate Associate/Senior Associate (2PQE+) – Bristol

We are advising a leading Law firm, looking to strengthen their Corporate Group with a hire into their growing Bristol office.

This position has been created through further growth and is available at Associate, Senior Associate, or Managing Associate level – with a transparent progression route.

This Corporate Group offers the full breadth of services you would expect from a leading outfit, with the department led by leading and Legal Directory recommended solicitors and partners.

You will be involved in the whole range of corporate work including mergers and acquisitions, shareholders agreements, corporate restructurings, joint ventures, and private equity.

This role will be M&A focused, but broader experience across P.E & working with PLCs is beneficial.

This opportunity comes with an established platform to ensure your success, with excellent management who will contribute to your development and progression in the firm and sponsor you for Partner in the future.

The firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Lawyer with 2PQE+, currently with a leading National or Global firm.
