The Role:

The successful candidate will join the Corporate team, handling a range of corporate law matters including mergers and acquisitions, corporate governance, commercial contracts, and business restructuring. Key Responsibilities:

• Managing a varied caseload of corporate matters, including M&A, corporate governance, shareholder agreements, joint ventures, and commercial contracts.
• Advising clients on business law matters, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and providing strategic legal advice.
• Working closely with senior colleagues to support more complex transactions and cases, while also handling matters independently.
• Assisting with business development and marketing efforts, including networking with potential clients and attending industry events.
• Collaborating with colleagues across other practice areas to provide a comprehensive service to clients.

The Ideal Candidate:

• PQE: 2-5 years' PQE in corporate law.
• Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge and experience in handling corporate matters, including M&A, corporate structuring, and commercial contracts.
• Commercial Awareness: A good understanding of business law and the commercial drivers behind corporate transactions.
