Corporate Associate

This leading national firm in Birmingham is looking for an experienced Corporate Associate (2-5 PQE) to join their rapidly growing team.

This is a great opportunity to join a highly regarded Corporate team and get exposure to quality work in an environment which prioritises its staff to grow and develop.

Responsibilities:

1. Acting on corporate finance transactions including mergers and acquisitions
2. Joint ventures and private equity transitions
3. Draft standard corporate documents such as articles of association, shareholders agreements and SPAs.
