Corporate and Leisure Sales Manager – Luxury Hotel, Birmingham

Location: Birmingham

Salary: £40,000 + Commission

You will be responsible for maximizing revenue and achieving sales targets while managing key accounts. The role also involves generating demand and subsequently a pipeline of accounts, developing strong relationships, managing new client accounts, revenue generation, negotiation of contracts and rates, and local PR and marketing.

  1. Proven track record within a corporate and leisure sales environment
  2. Driven towards maximizing sales and meeting departmental budgets
  3. Ability to build strong rapport with clients and adapt to changes quickly
  4. Energetic, passionate, and unpretentious individual who likes to think outside the box
  5. Functions best in a fast-paced environment, likes challenges, and gets stuff done
  6. Ability to connect with people and elevate relationships and work
  7. Personality: fun to be around, good manners, genuine, smart, professional
  8. Excellent verbal and written communication skills
  9. Efficient in using Microsoft Office and computer applications
  10. Attention to detail

WORK RELATED EXPERIENCE

  1. Minimum 2 to 3 years of experience within a Business Development / Senior Sales role in a hotel or conference venue
