Shape our Pensions Consulting business as a Corporate Actuarial Consultant
Capita is looking for an Actuarial Consultant to provide full back up support to our Corporate Actuaries/Senior Actuarial Consultants. There may also be opportunities to lead on specific projects. It’s your consultancy knowledge and experience working within pensions which can make all the difference to our Pensions Consulting team who play an integral role within our employee solutions business area.
Job Description
What you will do:
Deliver accurate actuarial calculations that can be checked efficiently
Assist in the management of actuarial resources as required
Cultivate a culture of compliance and risk awareness focusing on the principles of Pensions Consulting and Capita
Support and lead on specific projects as and when required
Comply at all times with the Compliance, Training and Competence framework of Pensions Consulting
What we’re looking for:
Actuarial experience with excellent technical ability in all areas of actuarial calculations
Experience working within pensions
Strong commercial outlook and the ability to manage and lead on project delivery
Fellow of the Institute and Faculty of Actuaries or part qualified and making good progress towards an actuarial qualification (FIA or CAA)
