Job description

Biscuiteers
is an award-winning luxury gifting brand, sometimes described as the
‘NET-A-PORTER of biscuits’. We launched in 2007 with the mission to offer a
more unique, stylish and personalised gifting solution under the banner ‘why
send flowers when you can send Biscuiteers?’ Every single biscuit is lovingly
made from start to finish and each one is totally individual.

Our
aim is to provide a seamless, joyful experience that delivers a little magic,
one hand-iced biscuit at a time. In 2024, we hand-iced over 3.0 million
biscuits and delivered them to customers all over the world. In 2025, we are
now committed to meeting the rigorous social and environmental standards
required and are proud to have achieved a B Corp accreditation.

As
well as our eCommerce business, we have two biscuit boutiques, where we offer
‘School of Icing’ events, teaching our customers to ice like an expert, while
they enjoy a cup of tea or coffee…or even a glass of Prosecco. We also work
with a huge range of corporate clients, creating bespoke and branded designs
for every occasion.

We’re
ambitious and we’re looking to build and strengthen our wonderful team as the
business continues to grow.

Who we’re looking for…

We’re looking for a Corporate
Account Manager
with significant experience in B2B account management and
business development, preferably gained within a bespoke, luxury or lifestyle
retail environment.

Building relationships will be
second nature, and you'll be confident in driving proactive development too.
We're a busy fast-paced team in an entrepreneurial environment, so if you love
getting stuck in and making things happen, this is the role for you!

What
you'll be doing....
  • Handling corporate and bespoke
orders: Responding to enquiries, scoping out and finalising orders
with clients, working with our production team towards delivery, and
following up to ensure everything has gone beautifully.
  • Business development: nurturing
key corporate accounts and actively recruiting new clients.
  • Marketing our corporate
offering: through partnerships, email and social channels, printed
    material and corporate events.
  • Networking: attend industry
conferences, trade shows and networking events to build relationships,
generate leads and act as a brand ambassador for the company.
  • Building and maintaining
excellent working relationships at all levels.
Skills You Will Bring…
  • Proven experience in luxury corporate
/ B2B sales with a track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets.
  • In-depth knowledge of sales
    principles, techniques and best practices.
  • Strategic thinking and
problem-solving abilities to identify and pursue business opportunities.
  • Proficiency in using CRM software
    and other sales-related tools.
  • Strong analytical skills and
    exceptional problem-solving abilities.
  • Results-oriented mindset with an
ability to drive revenue without compromising on brand standards.
  • Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills to build rapport with clients.
  • Strong communication and
    presentation skills.
What we offer…

We
are a bunch of creative, fun-loving people who work hard, celebrate big, want
to make Biscuiteers a really happy place to work. We genuinely care about each
other and the planet—we’re a proud B-Corp business. Here’s why you’ll love
being part of our team and what we offer to sweeten your working
day, including:

  • Shopping: We offer a special staff
discount of 35% on all our beautiful products for you to treat your friends and
    family too.
  • Food: We provide breakfast
each day for all staff to start the day well fuelled.
  • Travel: We want to help you get
around, why not take advantage of our Cycle to work Scheme.
  • Bring your friends: Our staff referral scheme is our most popular recruitment tool and you benefit
too by us offering up to £500 per recommendation.
  • Birthday treats: We like to treat you on
your birthday with a gift on your special day.
  • Social life: Our regular social
activities bring us all together, this includes a yearly staff party, staff
Christmas lunch and our very own annual Biscuiteer Awards!
  • The Future: All staff get signed up
to our automatic pension contributions, you can self-select to invest it in an
“ethical pension fund” if you wish.
