The Role

  1. Develop and manage relationships with corporate clients across multiple sectors
  2. Provide expert advice and tailored insurance solutions to meet client needs
  3. Handle renewals, mid-term adjustments, and new business opportunities
  4. Negotiate with insurers to secure the best terms and coverage
  5. Collaborate with internal broking teams to ensure seamless service delivery

Who They're Looking For

  1. A commercial insurance professional with at least 5 years of industry experience
  2. Strong knowledge of core commercial insurance classes and market dynamics
  3. Proven track record in client management, business development, and retention
  4. Excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills
  5. Ability to manage a varied portfolio while working efficiently under deadlines
