CORPORATE (3 - 5 PQE) (BERMUDA) (US$155K - US$175K) (7% TAX)

A new vacancy has arisen at the Bermuda office of this major global offshore firm which continues to go from strength to strength. It is now looking to hire an additional high calibre 3 - 5 PQE corporate lawyer. The role will offer a broad range of corporate work and candidates will ideally have experience in one or more of the following areas: M&A, joint ventures, capital markets, corporate finance, and restructuring. You will need to possess a strong academic record, be admitted in either the UK, Australia, New Zealand, Canada, or South Africa, and have gained your experience at a major national, international, or offshore law firm.
