An exciting opportunity has arisen for a full time Band 6 CAMHS Core Practitioner (RMN/SW/OT) to join the CORE CAMHS team based in Grantham, due to the promotion of the previous post holder.
As Band 6 Core CAMHS Practitioner you will need to demonstrate a significant level of expertise in knowledge and experience in relation to young people's mental health.
You will be required to work independently and with others in the MDT Team to deliver a high standard of clinical care for young people experiencing significant deterioration in their mental health requiring specialist interventions.
You will hold a case load of complex cases, provide leadership and work in partnership with service users, their carers, colleagues across Children's and Young Persons Services as well as external agencies such as schools and Social Care. The successful candidate will provide effective formulation, clinical supervision, management supervision and play an active part in the professional development of the clinical team.
