Responsible for all Quality aspects associated with assigned program including development of technical publications, quality program plans, inspection instructions, and customer/supplier liaison correspondence.
First article (AS-9012 Rev. C) submission including all supporting documentation.
SPC data analysis.
Failure analysis reporting and implementation of Corrective Actions.
Development and submission of CDRL/SDRL documents.
Requirements:
Education and Experience:
Experience in DOD contracting but not required.
ISO-9001 and/or AS-9100 experience.
General understanding of Configuration Management.
Candidate should be proficient in Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing per ASME Y 14.5M including the ability to interpret detailed engineering specifications and drawings, perform verifications of detailed precision parts including complete layouts.
Educational requirements consist of a degree from an accredited University.
Extensive experience/training that can be demonstrated in the specific fields could be considered an equivalent in lieu of the degree requirement.
ASQ Certified Quality Engineer desired but not required.
Ability to train and supervise personnel.

Ability to work as a constructive member of the Program IPT, which consists of Program Manager, Quality Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Production Manager/Supervisor, and representatives of Materials, Procurement, and Safety.
