A leading global sports media organisation is seeking a Coordinator, Media Rights to support the sales, distribution, and management of media rights across international markets. This is an exciting opportunity for a proactive and organised professional with a passion for sports media and broadcasting.
Key Responsibilities:
Being a key figure in supporting the overall sales process.
Preparing sales and marketing materials, market overviews, and delivering presentations.
Coordinating & communicating match schedules, client bookings, and satellite distribution with internal production teams to ensure relevant information is communicated to the appropriate internal departments and broadcast clients.
Being on hand to resolve any broadcaster queries and issues.
Managing the contract lifecycle; from initial draft to final signature, working closely with the Legal team.
Maintaining the financial P&L for sales properties and working closely with the Finance team.
Responsible for ensuring all invoices are raised and sent to clients in a timely manner, and cash collections are chased and monitored efficiently.
Conducting industry research, analysing media rights trends, and supporting deal reporting.
What we are looking for:
Ideally 2 years’ experience in a busy coordination role; experience in TV, broadcasting, or sports would be advantageous.
Demonstrated experience of successfully working within a team.
Experience of producing excellent written reports and presentations.
Highly proficient in PowerPoint and Excel, with excellent presentation and analytical skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects under tight deadlines with strong attention to detail.
Fluent in English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
