Job description
We are looking for a Cook to join Dinardo Supports at Queens Road, Peckham SE15 2QL, this role is working in a Supported Living unit.
What you can expect:
Salary £13.50 per hour
Main Duties:
- Cook using fresh ingredients made from scratch
- Prepare monthly menus and be responsible for stock ordering
- Complying with and developing risk assessments
- Maintain quality assurance systems within the kitchen
- Have a full understanding of Health & Safety as well as Food Hygiene issues, COSHH, and working within the guidelines relating to cross infection (or willing to train further)
- Be available at short notice to cover absence and sickness.
What you will need a minimum of:
- 1 years' experience in a catering environment
- And a passion for providing healthy home-cooked food
