Conveyancing Solicitor (Head of Department with Partnership potential)

My client, which has been established for over a decade and is based in the East Midlands, is looking to hire an experienced Conveyancing Solicitor to operate in the capacity of Head of Department for the Conveyancing team.

This role has been created due to the exit of one of the Partners, therefore there is realistic potential for future partnership for the right candidate!

The role will involve supervising the Conveyancing team alongside completing legal work as required, although this will not be the primary focus of the role.

You will have a minimum of 3 PQE as a Conveyancing Solicitor, with proven experience of managing or leading team members being highly desirable.

This will suit an ambitious and driven Solicitor who has the goal of reaching partnership at a relatively early stage in their career.

Salary will be competitive, up to £50k, subject to experience, working for a growing firm with ambitions to develop further in the long term while retaining a family-style feel.
