Role
Manage the legal aspects of buying and selling residential and commercial properties, ensuring all transactions comply with relevant laws and regulations.
Liaise with clients, real estate agents, mortgage lenders, and other parties involved in the property transaction process to provide updates and gather necessary information.
Draft, review, and finalize legal documents such as contracts, transfer deeds, and mortgage agreements, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
Conduct thorough title searches to verify property ownership and identify any potential legal issues or encumbrances that could affect the transaction.
Ensure all transactions adhere to legal requirements and industry standards, mitigating risks and resolving any disputes or issues that arise during the conveyancing process.
The Person
Qualified Solicitor or Licensed Conveyancer or Chartered Legal Executive with a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience
Possesses at least 4 years experience within Residential Conveyancing
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Team player, someone who has a strong desire to grow with business
Ability to network and attract new clients
