Job description

This highly professional local organisation requires a keen and enthusiastic Conveyancing Secretary to provide extensive PA support for their busy team of Solicitors.Some of your duties will include:

  • Providing all round secretarial and administrative support for a busy team of Solicitors
  • Dealing mainly with residential and commercial conveyancing with a little litigation
  • Preparing a wide range of legal documentation, legal forms and general correspondence
  • Managing busy diary schedules, arranging client meetings and preparing required paperwork
  • Fielding incoming telephone calls and liaising with clients, Lenders and other Solicitors
  • Verifying new clients identity in accordance to money laundering guidelines and opening client files
